"Shipping took forever and the updates weren’t great"
The cheese itself was good once it finally showed up, but the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking because I wasn’t getting much clear info, and when I reached out, the response kind of made me feel talked down to, like I was being unreasonable for asking. For what it costs, I expected it to arrive faster or at least have better communication along the way. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I had a lot of extra time to wait

I’ve always liked Beecher’s cheese, so I was excited to order some online. The cheese itself was good when it finally showed up, but the wait was way longer than I expected. I didn’t feel like the website made the timing very clear, and I kept checking for updates because I wasn’t sure what was going on. By the time it arrived, I was more frustrated than excited. It’s a shame because I do enjoy their cheese, but the whole experience left me disappointed. I probably wouldn’t order online again unless I knew I had plenty of time to spare

I’ve ordered from Beecher’s a few times and I’ve been happy with it. The cheese tastes fresh and real, without that weird processed flavor some store-bought cheese has. I like that the ingredients are simple, and the flavor has been good every time. It costs a little more, but I think the quality makes sense

"Cheese arrived fresh and ready to go"
I ordered a few cheeses along with some curds, and everything showed up exactly how you’d want it, cold, fresh, and well packed. The box was still nicely chilled when I opened it, so clearly they know what they’re doing with shipping.
The curds had that perfect squeaky bite, and the cheddar tasted fresh instead of like it had been sitting around for ages. I’m really happy with the order and wouldn’t think twice about buying from them again.

I was expecting a bit more from the cheese, especially for the price. It tasted bland to me and didn’t have much flavor or richness. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I like Beecher’s cheese overall, so I was expecting the site to be a little more fun to browse. But it felt limited once I started looking around.
Most of what I saw was the same few cheeses, mac and cheese, and some gift items. I was hoping for more flavors, different sizes, or just something that made me want to add more to my cart, but there wasn’t much that stood out.
For the price, I expected a better selection. And when you run into questions or confusion, it kind of feels like nobody really takes ownership of it. Not a terrible experience, just disappointing if you’re hoping for more options

"Cheese arrived in great shape"
I ordered from Beecher’s and, based on past experiences with shipped food, I was a little nervous about having cheese delivered. But this showed up packed really well, everything was still cold, neatly arranged, and nothing was crushed or leaking.
The ice packs were even still partly frozen, and the box was easy to open without making a mess. You can tell they’ve figured out how to ship it properly and actually care that it arrives the way it should.

"Pretty fair price for solid cheese"
I’ve ordered from Beecher’s a few times now, the pricing seems fair for what you get. It’s definitely not the cheapest cheese out there, but it tastes good enough that it feels worth it. Shipping didn’t seem unreasonable either. Overall, I’d say I’m happy with what I paid.

"Got fixed quicker than I expected"
Had a small issue and thought it might take a while, but they sorted it fast. I noticed the little confirmation message changed right after, which was oddly satisfying. Simple fix, no fuss.

My snap judgment after trying it: the cheese is good, no question, but it feels too expensive for what you actually get. The portions seemed small, and once shipping was added, it was even harder to justify. I liked the taste, but I’m not sure I’d order it again

I ordered two items and one of them came with the wrong cheese, I’m fairly sure. It still tasted fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it also wasn’t exactly what I paid for. Kind of disappointing.

Before ordering from Beecher’s, I went hunting through their site for allergen info like my dinner depended on it. Thankfully, it wasn’t some impossible maze. The main allergens like milk, wheat, and the big ones were listed clearly, which made me feel a lot less like I was taking a wild leap into the unknown. I do wish a few items had just a little more detail, but overall it was helpful, easy to follow, and kind of a relief...

The cheese itself tasted good, but it arrived warmer than I expected. I was a little nervous I’d end up having to throw it out, which would’ve been a real waste. Better packaging or colder insulation would make me feel a lot more comfortable ordering again

I tried a couple of the ready-made dishes from Beecher’s they were way better than I expected. The mac and cheese was creamy, not watery, and had that nice baked flavor that made it feel more like something you’d get fresh than a typical take-home meal.
The portions were decent, and it reheated well the next day too. My only annoyance was that some of the ordering/reheating details weren’t as clear as they should’ve been, so I had to double-check a few things. Still, the food tasted fresh and not like a freezer meal, so I’d order again

"Easy site to use"
I had a easy time using the site. Like I said, it was simple to find what I was looking for, and the pages loaded without any issues. Checkout was straightforward too. I also liked that the cheese info was right there and clear, like I said, I didn’t have to click around a bunch just to figure things out.
